Who this is about

This site is run by Asad Mahmood, trading as AsadLabs. If you want anything on this page explained, corrected or acted on, email asadmpro@gmail.com and it comes to me directly.

What the site itself collects: nothing

Browsing these pages sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. There is no analytics package, no tracking pixel, no advertising network and no session recording. I cannot tell you how many people read this page, which is a trade-off I am happy with.

The fonts and images are served from this domain rather than a third-party CDN, so loading a page does not quietly report your visit to anyone else.

The contact form

When you fill in the form on the contact page, you send me:

• your name and email address, because I cannot reply otherwise;
• the project type and budget band you picked, if you picked them;
• whatever you wrote in the message box.

That submission is delivered by Web3Forms, a form-relay service that passes the message to my inbox. They handle it in transit; I do not have an account with them holding a database of your enquiries, and the site has no database of its own.

I use what you send me for one thing: replying to you and, if we work together, running the project. It does not go onto a mailing list, it is not sold or shared with anyone, and there is no newsletter to be signed up to. Enquiries stay in my email until they are clearly no longer useful — for most that is around two years, and you can ask me to delete yours sooner.

Booking a call

The booking button opens Cal.com, which is a separate service with its own privacy policy. It loads only when you click it — not on page load — and once you are in it, the name, email and time you give go to Cal.com as well as to me. Cal.com sets its own cookies inside that window. If you would rather not use it, email me and we will find a time by hand.

Hosting

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the technical details of a request — IP address, browser, the page asked for — to serve the page and to block attacks. I have not enabled any of Cloudflare's optional analytics or tracking features, and I do not receive per-visitor data from them.

Your rights

Wherever you are, you can ask me what I hold about you, ask for a copy, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. If you are in the UK or the EU, the UK GDPR and GDPR give you those rights explicitly, along with the right to complain to your data protection authority. The lawful basis I rely on is straightforward: you contacted me and I am replying, and where we go on to work together, performing that contract.

Email asadmpro@gmail.com and I will action any of the above within 30 days, usually the same week. There is no form to fill in and no verification hoop — a plain email is enough.

Changes

If what the site does changes, this page changes with it and the date at the top moves. There is no version history to dig through; this page always describes what is true now.
